The Foundation's mission is to empower and inspire young Ukrainian leaders globally, while its vision focuses on developing strong, engaged, and dynamic youth leaders who contribute to Ukraine’s defense and reconstruction.
We are seeking outstanding young leaders making a difference in the Ukrainian diaspora! If you’re under 30 and have demonstrated innovation, leadership, teamwork, and dedication to volunteering in the Ukrainian community — along with notable achievements in your country of residence — we encourage you to apply or nominate someone who deserves recognition.

It’s been a privilege to be recognized by the UWC and named one of the 30 Under 30 Ukrainian leaders. Awards like this inspire and empower future achievements. That was certainly the case for me, and I’m confident it will do the same for future generations of Ukrainian leaders around the world.
